Purpose of this site: 
     Mister Find IT's mission is to provide a place where collectible buyers and collectible sellers can find each other, and to provide collectible price guides and other collectible resources to both the buyer and seller.  You're never obligated to purchase any item or service offered, and when ever possible we allow you to deal directly with the buyer or seller.   We allow our viewers, and this web site to help you find your collectible.  This site was set up to help the average person find information about their collectible, as well as the actual collectible.  Mister Find IT does not buy your items, but we do host and organize ads of people that might buy your items. 
   
  General Content: 
     Our main theme is around collectibles, your listings should also pertain to collectible items or events. Your listing can't be for employment, real estate, personals, or most live items like pets and cattle or any item by our discretion we feel don't belong here.  You are solely responsible for the content you post anywhere on this site, including in your email to us, to our users, on in our forums & in your listing.  Your content cannot be for items or content that is illegal, or non conforming to Internet, state and federal laws.  In using this site you understand that any content you post, or list to this site will become the property of Mister Find IT, unless otherwise noted, and you assign all ownership rights and interest of such property to Mister Find IT.   You will  not use this web site to distribute, link to, or solicit content that is unlawful; harmful to minors; threatening; harassing; abusive; defamatory; vulgar; gratuitously violent; pornographic; obscene; libelous; invasion of another's privacy; racially; ethnically; or otherwise offensive; violates any law; regulation or contract; constitutes any form of gambling; constitutes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising; bulk, junk, Spam email; chain letters; or any unsolicited commercial communications; contains software viruses; or other computer codes files or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.  When you add a link to your site in any form from this site you agree that your site will not contain links to the above mention offensive material as well.  Furthermore you hold Mister Find IT harmless and waive any claim for your exposure to; and or the results thereof, any offensive or otherwise objectionable content, either directly or indirectly. 
     Mister Find IT makes no guarantees, or warranties for any item or service, either written or implied, and you hold Mister Find IT, our employees, agents, our advertisers, and our affiliates harmless for any loss, and any claim.  However if you are exempt from such limitations, your claim is limited to actual monies paid to Mister Find IT.   Complaints of abuse or violation of these rules may result in the deletion of any posting , listing or links you may have, and the discontinued use of this site without any refund.   The options, views, and content posted or expressed by others, or linked from Mister Find IT do not necessarily reflect those of  Mister Find IT, and we assume no responsibility of said views, options and content.   When linked to another site, or dealing with another user, all dealings , transactions are between you and the other site or user, and in no way is Mister Find IT responsible for any part thereof.

     Mister Find IT reserves the right to change prices, alter pages, sell, transfer ownership, automate, censor, reclassify, edit, delete, or refuse any content, distributed to or posted on this site, with or without notice or payment, or refund to you.  The rules of this site are as is at time of posting, editing or modifying of its content. You agree to re check these rules from time to time, and to abide by their content.

  Your Information: 
     In use of this site, you agree that the information you send, log in with, or post anywhere on this site will be true and correct.  We use this information for our office use only and will not sell or give this information to anyone, except as you choose when posting an ad , or what you post in the forums.  In some cases where you have made your information public, we may sell your contact information to our viewers, but only when it pertains to a collectible you seek. When you post on this site you can choose what contact information you wish to be public; this can include your mailing address, your home phone number; your work phone, your email address, and your web site.  We never ask for your credit card account or social security numbers.  You may have given this information to Paypal, whom we use as a secure third party, for the trasfer of funds, but this information is never shared with or retained by our office. When you go to other linked sites, they may also request other information from you.  We are not responsible for any use, harm or abuse of this information, that may come to you by a third party, phishers, spam spiders, or telemarketers.   When you submit forms, letters, or email to us, we use your information in our office only and give you the option to have your name in our OPT IN list; for email updates; to inform you of changes to this site; send you our collectible newsletters; notify you of something we believe your looking for; notify a potential buyer for what your selling; to contact you regarding questions; and to send you offers we feel you may benefit from.  You may at anytime OPT OUT of this listing, by sending us an email requesting to be removed. Your information may also be released to proper law enforcement agencies, upon request with a search warrant, or if your in violation of the rules of this site.  When you submit forms, or login to our forums area your IP address is recorded, to prevent abuse to this site, and it's users.  If you have a paid ad on this site, upon notification we will update your contact information for Free. If you have contact information in our forums, it is up to you to edit and keep your information up to date.  Should we find obsolete contact information (where needed) we will delete your entire ad, or forum posting.  All our forms are secure through our hosting service Host Assured.

  Use in General : 
1.)  Each area of this site may have other rules that are explained in the perspective area or page.  The rules, guidelines, or forms for that perspective area apply in conjunction with these rules.  Should you not understand any of these rules, we request you seek further clarification before use of this site.   Whether or not you understand the rules of this site or a perspective area of this site, our understanding & their interpretation of them should be final. 
2.) For any portion of this site that requires payment, payment must be received before information is submitted or posted on this site, or product delivered. 
3.)  Most postings & replies from this site will be done within 24 hours, (excluding holidays, Saturday & Sunday) or within 24 hours of receiving payment.  And will remain on our site until the a.) expiration date; b.) until you ask us to remove it;  c.) if we are notified and find you in violation of the rules of this site; d.) or you joined our link exchange - and we find the link back to us inactive or non existent. 
4.) If you contact us within 3 business days of any changes or errors to your listing, we will correct it at no charge.  In the event of early withdraw or removal of your listing no refund will be given. 
5.)  In the event that you move, or your contact information changes, please write or e-mail us, and we will change this information for free.  But if the rest of your content changes, or you change categories -  we may, at our discretion charge you for a new listing. 
6.)  We may add to any listing "Please be sure to mention Mister Find IT sent you".  We may also edit, alter or change categories of any listing.  In cases where you choose to have your contact information private, we may add a payment button, (to collect a fee to pay the labor involved in looking up, and transferring information to prospective seller).
7.)  All arrangements (amount, shipping, payments, warranty, etc.) for items our viewers find, or sell to you are done between buyer and seller and not  Mister Find IT.   At no time is any viewer obligated to buy or sell any item to any other viewer, or to Mister Find IT. 
8.)  When buying, selling or using any other site, even if linked to the site from Mister Find IT, the rules of the perspective site pertain, and not those of Mister Find IT. 

  Payment : 
     Anytime a payment is due Mister Find IT, it must be received before service or product is rendered.  The safest and fastest way to pay us is through PayPal .   PayPal is free, fast and secure.  Paypal will allow you to pay by credit card, or even transfer funds electronically from your bank account.  If there is not a Paypal button for your items, you may submit payment by clicking on the Paypal icon on our home page.  All credit card orders from the Mister Find IT web site,  must be paid through Paypal.  When payment is sent through the Paypal buttons on our web site, all orders are processed securely through Paypal.  Mister Find IT, or our staff never see or store your credit card or account numbers.  We also accept money orders (postal preferred),  which can be mailed to the address listed under Contact Us .   To avoid scams, money orders must be for the amount of purchase only, as no change will be given for over payments.  Be sure to put your email address in the memo area, or attach a note with your money order.  All items returned from the bank or financial institution will result in removal of your listing, plus you will be charged a $40.00 fee, plus any and all collection fees, or legal fees allowed by law.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments, or any other item beyond our control.   Payments for products or services offered by our viewers, affiliates, or other sites must be made to that individual, and not Mister Find IT.  Tangible items sold from Mister Find IT will not be shipped Internationally, but ads may be posted with International listings, if they are first converted to the English language, and paid through Paypal.  All funds are to be in US dollars.   Sales tax is applied to all orders to Minnesota.

  Ads:
1.)  Your paid ad (or ad in a paid area) will be posted for the time you select, unless you violate the rules of this site, or ask us to remove it sooner.
2.)   a.) As promotions provide, your ad may be posted FREE, in a Mister Find IT's paid ad area. There may be some extras or additions to your ad that you may have to pay for.  b.) As promotions provide you may receive only one free ad, per: email address, home or business address, home or business phone number, person, family, or business.  Some promotions may allow additional free ads, which may override and may be used in conjunction with the first ad.
3.)  Any ad posted in our paid area, is placed in a.) alphabetical order and linked to from our category list.  b.) The category list is also placed in our newsletter.  c.) Only "Collectibles Wanted" can be placed in our paid ad area. d.) Each paid ad is spell checked, edited and  tweaked, so web search engines and users find your ad easier.  e.) You  may also submit photos and other features with paid ads.  f.) With paid ads, you may change your contact information for FREE, at anytime.
4.) Ads posted in the forums   a.) do not allow photos, and  b.) are posted in the order received, but can be edited only by the poster.  If they're posted in the wrong category they may be deleted or moved.  c.)  Ads posted in forums may scroll away,  or off the board entirely.
5.)  With your paid ad you choose if you want your contact information posted on our website, or kept private.  If you chose to have the contact information kept private, we place a   button  after your  ad.  When a viewer requests the information, we will give them only the contact information you authorized, but they will be charged $2.00 for  us to look up the contact information, (this deters spammers, phishers, and telemarketers from getting your information), in addition we send you an email with the information of the person that requested your information.  However  many of these ads were also placed as a courtesy to the collector, by Mister Find IT.  In these cases we will give you only the information about the collector, in which he/she has already made public.   If you choose to post your contact information on our web site, only the contact information you select will be posted.  And no fee will be charged to the (selling) viewer.
6.)  Your paid ad will be posted within 24 business hours, (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays),  after payment is received, and clear.
8.) All ads are subject to all other rules of this site. 
9.) Free ad offers may end or change at any time, with or without notice. 
10.)  At our discretion we may extend your expiration date without notice to you.
11.)  Permanent  ads will remain on our site as long as you’re still collecting the item, as long you’re contact information is up to date, and as long as we own this site. Ad will be posted for only one year, if ad is for a single item.  An example of a single item is, if you were looking for a "KISS"album of a certain title,  your ad would be posted for one year. Where as, if you collected all "KISS" albums, your ad could be permanent.

Links & Link Exchange: 
     You are solely responsible for the content from your link, all links should comply to all other rules of this site and the Internet.  If your link comes up on a pornographic, obscene or other site not allowed from this site, (or links to such sites)  your entire listing will be deleted, and no refund (if any money paid) will be given. Mister Find IT is not responsible for any content on other sites, or their links. 
 Link Exchange: 
1.)  If you;   a.) own or maintain a web site pertaining to collectibles, antiques, auctions, collector clubs etc., or other collectible site.;  b.) request a  link exchange;  c.) you were invited here - because we already added a link to you; d.) you are requesting a link to your site, e.) and you have no other links on our site.  We will review your site for consideration of our link exchange program. 
2.) If your site is accepted.  We will provide one link to your site, free of charge, or reimburse you any monies you paid for any link.   Provided that in exchange, you have, prior to your request, placed a link back to us from your site. 
3.) a.) The link back to us should be one from the Link To Us area of this site.  b.)  The link back to us should be posted on your site in a conspicuous spot or on an appropriate links page.  c.)  We shall never occur any charges for the link to us from your site.  d.) The name Mister Find IT, its style, and colors are part of our copyrights, trade marks, and trade name.  At no time do you own these, nor should you alter their style or color, other then increasing, or reducing font size or placing them in a table, or in the event that all links from your page are of the same color.   You must remove our name and links at any time we request.  If one of the link HTML codes don't work for you, please request permission to alter codes to what will work before posting it to your site. 
 4.)  For as long as our link is correctly - active from your site,  and your listing and/or our link to your site, your link will remain active from our site, and you will not occur any additional charges. 
5.)  If we added a link to you, and requested a link back to us, and you decide not to post the link back, we may after any reasonable amount of time or 7 days, delete our links to you, without penalty or charges, from or to either party.  You may at a future date re- request the new link, provided ours is posted on your site first. 
6. ) Should we at anytime find your link to us,  non - active, or  not posted on your site, we may place an expiration date to your listing, dating back to when the listing was first posted, or remove your listing all together.
8.) At our discretion we  may choose, edit or change the location or content of  your link on our site.

  Photos:
     Photos and images posted in some of our forums are done so by clicking the image button in the forum, and then entering the url where the photo is located.  Please note some of the forums do not allow posting of photos.  If you're submitting a photo for your ads or other purpose, we ask that you send them through the "Contact us with Photo Link" on our about us page.  Some areas may allow photos to be published on this site, and are done so after appropriate fees are paid.  We may reduce, enlarge, edit or refuse any photo.  When submitting a photo you are stating you own all rights to the photo, and giving your rights to Mister Find IT to use and post the photo on our site as we feel fit, or as stated upon submission.

  Find Buyer:
     For any ad that  is identified with a   button in the ad ad.  The information in these ads was;   a.) requests made by buyers to keep their contact information private  b.) posted in as a promotion for many respectable buyers of the stated collectibles.  c.) In  many cases the ad was placed on Mister Find IT at no charge to the advertiser.   Mister Find IT  feels these are honest, trustworthy and serious collectors for the items in which they're listed, but you have to use your own discretion as to who you work with and trust.   Mister Find IT  will give you the contact information for these ads,  but we charge a $2.00 fee to look up the contact information.   The information you receive back may only be a phone number, an email address, or a web site address, or it may be full contact information.  At the same time the buyer will be emailed with your information.  These Find Buyer buttons are, like Paypal buy it now buttons, and will allow you to buy ONLY that buyers contact information. While "Add to Cart" buttons, (not all pages and items are currently set with this feature), allow you to request multiple contact information and price guides to your Paypal shopping cart.  When we have agreed on a price, but no buttons are yet set, pressing the Paypal logo on our home page will allow you to send payment.  Don't forget to send us a message as to what items  you want, or agreement we discussed.  Contact us prior to ordering five (5) or more, buyers contact information, and we will give you a discount.
       In requesting this information you understand the information may not be current, and it may even be directed to you, (if you're a serious collector) if we placed a courtesy ad for you.   We make every effort to invite prospective buyers to post their information on Mister Find IT.   In using this site you will hold Mister Find IT,  harmless, for obtaining and/ or passing on this information.  However should we give you bad or misleading information be sure to contact us, and we will refund or credit any actual money paid for us to look up the contact information,  and / or delete or edit the posting after verification.  Mister Find IT makes every effort to contact the perspective owners , however sometimes the perspective owners are not contacted until someone requests the information.  At no time is any user of this site under any obligation to accept, buy or sell any item or offer from another user.  All transactions (payment, shipping, warranties, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the buyer & seller, and not that of Mister Find IT.   While Mister Find IT makes every effort to keep the information posted on this site current, we can not guarantee that a posted buyer is still looking for an item, or any amount he/she will pay your item, or that he or she will buy your item at all.  But these are the people we would ask for an offer from if we had their mentioned item. 
     If you should find yourself listed as someone in an Find Buyer ad, you may accept the free advertising or you may ask to be deleted from our list of perspective buyers. 

Passwords: 
     Passwords are used to access, post and receive information on some areas of this site.  You are responsible for all information posted, deleted and otherwise edited by use of your password.   Should you forget or loose your password, you need to contact us and we may issue you a new password, after proof of verification as we request.  All new posts, or changes will have to be done with the new password, and no alternations, changes,  refunds or credits can be made to current postings, except as we feel necessary. 
We are not responsible for passwords that are stolen or actions of wrongful persons, that use your password.  We may change  passwords at anytime to allow or disallow users access to any area.  If you should request information about your password it will be sent to the email address we have on file. 

  PRICES & PRICE GUIDES:
      Mister Find IT sells price and collectible information guides, and sometimes posts prices or information in our forums, articles, and even in some email replies.  Under no circumstances are these prices to be understood as absolute value, or the price you will actually receive for your item.   Condition, style, color, location, how an item is sold and many other factors go into the final evaluation of  any collectible, including how much a buyer is willing to pay, and how much a seller is willing to sell for.  You hereby agree that these are stated only as a guide, and you hold Mister Find IT, our publishers, our customers and anyone else associated with these prices and this information, harmless of any loss, as a result of consulting this site and these guides.
