PURPOSE OF THIS SITE:
Mister Find IT’S mission is to provide a place where collectible buyers and collectible sellers can find each other, and to provide collectible price guides and other collectible resources to both the buyer and seller. You're never obligated to purchase any item or service offered, and when ever possible we allow you to deal directly with the buyer or seller. We allow our viewers, and this web site to help you find your collectible. This site was set up to help the average person find information about their collectible, as well as the actual collectible. Mister Find IT does not buy your items, but we do host and organize ads of people that might buy your items. We also offer price guides and information to help you learn about your collectible. You are responsible to review these rules each time you visit so you know you’re abiding by the latest update of the rules. These rules and terms were last updated 4/10/2009.
GENERAL CONTENT:
Our main theme is around collectibles, your listings should also pertain to collectible items or events. Your listing can't be for employment, real estate, personals, or most live items like pets and cattle or any item by our discretion we feel don't belong here. You’re solely responsible for the content you post anywhere on this site, including in your email to us, or to our users. Your content cannot be for items or content that is illegal, or non conforming to Internet, state and U.S. federal laws. In using this site you understand that any content you post, or list to this site will become the property of Mister Find IT, unless otherwise noted, and you assign all ownership rights and interest of such property to Mister Find IT. You will not use this web site to distribute, link to, or solicit content that is unlawful; harmful to minors; threatening; harassing; abusive; defamatory; vulgar; gratuitously violent; pornographic; obscene; libelous; invasion of another’s privacy; racially; ethnically; or otherwise offensive; violates any law; regulation or contract; constitutes any form of gambling; constitutes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising; bulk, junk, Spam email; chain letters; or any unsolicited commercial communications; contains software viruses; or other computer codes files or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. When you add a link to your site in any form from this site you agree that your site will not contain links to the above mention offensive material as well. Furthermore you hold Mister Find IT harmless and waive any claim for your exposure to; and or the results thereof, any offensive or otherwise objectionable content, either directly or indirectly, and for any lost in using this site. Should we find violators of these rules, we reserve the right to band use, in any way we feel fit, including by blocking the IP address of any violator, which will deny access to any part of this site. Spaming of any kind will not be tolerated, and the spammers could be charged as allowed by law. The products and services offered through this site are only available to United States and Canada.

In use of this site, you agree that the information you send, log in with, or post anywhere on this site will be true and correct. We use this information for our office use only and will not sell or give this information to anyone, except as you choose when posting an ad , or what you post on this site. In some cases where you have made your information public in other resources, we may sell your contact information to our viewers, but only when it pertains to a collectible you seek. When you post on this site you can choose what contact information you wish to be public; this can include your mailing address, your home phone number; your work phone, your email address, and your web site. We never ask for your credit card account or social security numbers. You may have given this information to Paypal, whom we use as a secure third party, for the transfer of funds, but this information is never shared with or retained by our office. When you go to other linked sites, they may also request other information from you. We are not responsible for any use, harm, or abuse, of this information that may come to you by a third party. When you submit forms, letters, or email to us, we use your personal; information in our office only and give you the option to have your name in our OPT IN list; for email updates; to inform you of changes to this site; send you our collectible newsletters; notify you of something we believe your looking for; notify a potential buyer for what your selling; to contact you regarding questions; and to send you offers we feel you may benefit from. Most letters and contacts will be posted in a public view, and you decide what information you wish to share. You may at anytime OPT OUT of any listing, by sending us an email requesting to be removed. Your information may also be released to proper law enforcement agencies, upon request with a search warrant, or if you're in violation of the rules of this site. While we don’t submit your information to other companies, we may use it to send you offers (with no obligations) of products or services from other companies and web sites we operate. When you submit forms, or login any posting area your IP address is recorded, to prevent abuse to this site, and it's users. If you have a paid ad on this site, upon notification we will update your contact information for Free. If you have contact information posted on our site, it is up to you to edit and keep your information up to date. Should we find obsolete contact information (where needed), or when users are in violation of these rules, we may delete all your postings, may block your IP address, and no refunds will be given. All our forms used on this site are processed through secure servers.
USE IN GENERAL :
1.) Each area of this site may have other rules that are explained in the perspective area or page. The rules, guidelines, or forms for that perspective area apply in conjunction with these rules. Should you not understand any of these rules, we request you seek further clarification before use of this site. Whether or not you understand the rules of this site or a perspective area of this site, our understanding & their interpretation of them should be final.
2.) For any portion of this site that requires payment, payment must be received in U. S. funds before information is submitted or posted on this site, or product delivered.
3.) Unless otherwise noted, most postings & replies from this site will be done within 24 business hours, (excluding holidays, Saturday & Sunday) or within 24 business hours of receiving payment. And will remain on our site until: a.) expiration date; b.) until you ask us to remove it; c.) if we are notified and find you in violation of the rules of this site; d.) you joined our link exchange - and we find the link back to us inactive or non existent. e.) We do not condone spam in any form. If you summit spam to our users, or to any area of this web site, not only will your postings be removed, you will be blocked from ever using the site, you may be prosecuted, and you will receive no refund for any memberships or postings you have on our site.
4.) If you contact us within 3 business days of any changes or errors to your listing, we will correct it at no charge. In the event of early withdraw or removal of your listing no refund will be given.
5.) In the event that you move, or your contact information changes, please contact us, and we will change this information for free. But if the rest of your content changes, or you change categories - we may, at our discretion charge you for a new listing.
6.) All arrangements (amount, shipping, payments, warranty, etc.) for items our viewers find, or sell to you, are done between buyer and seller and not Mister Find IT. At no time is any viewer obligated to buy or sell any item to any other viewer, or to Mister Find IT. While Mister Find IT offers ads and information on many categories of collectibles, it is up to the buyers and sellers to learn or know the laws pertaining to the sale and shipping of those collectibles.
7.) When buying, selling or using any other site, even if linked to the site from Mister Find IT, the rules of the perspective site pertain, and not those of Mister Find IT. Any trade names, brands, trade marks, copyrights, etc., belong to the perspective owner or company of those rights, and not Mister Find IT. Mister Find IT has only used them as reference to the prospective collectible.
PAYMENT:
Anytime a payment is due Mister Find IT it must be received before service or product is rendered. The safest and fastest way to pay us is through Paypal . Paypal is free, fast and secure. Paypal will allow you to pay by credit card, or even transfer funds electronically from your bank account. If there is not a Paypal button for your items, you may submit payment by clicking on the white Paypal icon on our home page. All credit card orders from the Mister Find IT web site, must be paid through Paypal. When payment is sent through the Paypal buttons on our web site, all orders are processed securely through Paypal. Mister Find IT, or our staff will never see or store your credit card or account numbers. We also accept money orders (postal preferred), which can be mailed to the address listed under “Contact Us” . To avoid scams, money orders must be for the amount of purchase only, as no change will be given for over payments. Be sure to put your email address in the memo area, or attach a note with your money order. All items returned from the bank or financial institution will result in removal of your listing, plus you will be charged a $40.00 fee (or a fee as allowed by law), plus any and all collection fees, or legal fees allowed by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail or payments, or any other item beyond our control. Payments for products or services offered by our viewers, affiliates, or other sites must be made to that individual, and not Mister Find IT. Tangible items sold from Mister Find IT will not be shipped Internationally, but ads may be posted with US or Canada listings, if they are first converted to the English language, and paid through Paypal. All funds are to be in US dollars. Sales tax is applied to all orders from Minnesota. If you are sending payment for something in which we have no buttons, you can do so by pressing the white Paypal button on our home page.
ADS:
1.) We host or place ads that pertain to “Collectibles Wanted”. Ads can be posted by any registered user, and there may be a fee to post your ad. In addition many ads are posted by Mister Find IT, some are free to select collectors or buyers, But we may add a payment button, or charge a membership fee to the end user for any contact information of ads posted. This fee is to pay the labor involved in adding ads, looking up contact information, and transferring information to prospective seller. If you find yourself as one of these selected collectors, you may take the free advertising, or ask that the ad be removed. The request must be in writing and submitted by certified US mail, or submitted through one of our sites forms. Any ad either paid or otherwise (or ad in a paid area) will be posted for the time you select, unless a.) you violate the rules of this site; or b.) ask us to remove it sooner; c.) your contact information becomes invalid; d.) we loose or sell ownership of this site; e.) single item ads may be deleted after a year, even if you selected and paid for a permanent listing. f.) Ads will be posted in the area, or format we feel fit at the time of the posting. At no time are you awarded or entitled to any royalties, payment or money for your ad being on our web site. At any time we may change the amounts charged or the format in which the ad is hosted. When you submit your ad, in most cases it will be posted within 24 business hours and / or after clear payment.
2.) We may add to any listing "Please be sure to mention Mister Find IT sent you". We may also edit, alter, change or delete categories or any listing at anytime. Any ad that is deleted due to abuse of the rules of this site; because your contact information is not current, expired single item ads; or canceled memberships, will not be given any refund. Other cancellations may be given (at our discretion) a prorated or partial refund. No refund shall ever exceed any actual monies you paid for any service or product on this site. We can not be responsible for web outages, weather, or other events that cause our site or services to be off line.
3.) As promotions provide, from time to time your ad may be posted free or at a reduced cost, in a Mister Find IT's paid ad area. a.) There may be some extras or additions to your ad that you may have to pay for. b.) As promotions provide, unless otherwise stated you may receive only one free ad, per: email address, home or business address, home or business phone number, person, family, or business. Some promotions may allow additional free ads, which may override and may be used in conjunction with the first ad. c.) Promotions and offers may change at anytime, ad will be posted in the manner and format at the time of posting, but we reserve the right to change the format and layout of our site and it’s pages at anytime. d.) Whether your ad was posted by yourself or by us, you can update your contact information at anytime for free. e.) Free ad offers may end or change at any time, with or without notice.
LINKS:
You’re solely responsible for the content from your link, all links should comply to all other rules of this site and the Internet. If your link comes up on a pornographic, obscene or other site not allowed from this site, (or links to such sites) your entire listing will be deleted, your IP address may be blocked for future use, and no refund (if any money paid) will be given. Mister Find IT is not responsible for any content on other sites, or their links.
LINK EXCHANGE:
1.) If you; a.) own or maintain a web site pertaining to collectibles, or antiques, or other collectible site.; b.) request a link exchange; c.) you were invited here - because we already added a link to you; d.) you’re requesting a link to your site; e.) you have no other links on our site, and your site and hosting service is in the USA or Canada, we will review your site for consideration of our link exchange program.
2.) If your site is accepted. We will provide one link to your site, free of charge, or reimburse you any monies you paid for said link. Provided that in exchange, you have, prior to your request, placed a link back to us from your site.
3.) a.) The link back to us should be one from the codes provided in the “Link To Us” area of this site. b.) The link back to us should be posted on your site in a conspicuous spot or on an appropriate links page. c.) We shall never occur any charges for the link to us from your site. d.) The name Mister Find IT, its style, and colors are part of our copyrights, trade marks, and trade name. At no time do you own these, nor should you alter their style or color, other then increasing, or reducing font size or placing them in a table. The exception to this rule is in the event that all links from your page are of the same color, which is different from our color, or the colors offered on link to us page, then you may change the color. You must remove our name and links at any time we request. If one of the provided codes don't work for you, please request permission to alter codes to what will work before posting it to your site.
4.) For as long as the Mister Find IT link is correctly - active from your site, and your abiding by the rules, your link will remain active from our site, and you will not occur any additional charges. At our discretion we may choose to edit, delete, or change the location or content of your link on our site.
PHOTOS:
At our discretion some photos may be posted on our site. Before sending any photo, it should be reduced to two inches or less on any side. With many of our forms, while in the massage area of the form, you can select from your menu bar “Insert” - “Picture” and then select the photo from your computer you want to send. They may also be submitted to Mister Find IT using the "Contact us with Photo Link" on our about us page. Please note some areas do not allow posting of photos. We may reduce, enlarge, edit, delete or refuse any photo. When submitting a photo you’re stating you own all rights to the photo, and giving your rights to Mister Find IT to use and post the photo on our site as we feel fit, or as stated upon submission.
FIND BUYER:
Mister Find IT DOSE NOT BUY YOUR COLLECTIBLES - WE HOST and POST ADS FOR COLLECTORS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR SPECIAL COLLECTIBLES!
“Collectible Wanted Ads” are posted on this site by a.) A person looking for a particular collectible, or line of collectibles, known as a Collectible Buyer, and b.) and by the staff of Mister Find IT. If the ad is placed by our staff, it is placed as a courtesy to the buyer or collector, with no charge to them. Mister Find IT feels these are honest, trustworthy and serious collectors for the items in which they're listed, but you have to use your own discretion as to who you work with and trust. However just because a person has an ad posted on Mister Find IT it does not guarantee you or obligate that person will purchase your item, or for what amount. All transactions are between Buyer and Seller and not Mister Find IT.
Both types of collectible buyers are assigned a buyer number. Any person posting an ad is given the choice of what contact information they wish to share in their ad. Sometimes this information is just a name and email address or phone number. And other times you’ll receive name, address, phone email, web site and /or more. In order to help protect the potential buyers, Mister Find IT’s customers and viewers, from spam, and other unsolicited contact, we require that no contact information appear in the ad. In addition Mister Find IT requires both the poster and those that purchase the contact information to be registered users of this site. In this way the information can be verified, traced and tracked, incase one or the other attempts fraud or other crimes. Or we find reason to delete an ad or block a user from use of our site. Not all information is verified, but it is an option, and does provide some protection to all parties. In addition Mister Find IT does our best to keep all contact information current, even deleting ads of those who have passed away, or stopped collecting. Therefore we charge an advertising fee to the collectible buyers who wish to post their ads. We also charge a fee for the contact information of ads we posted, for serious collectors. This fee is collected thru either a Paypal “ADD TO CART” button, or a “FIND BUYER MEMBERSHIP”. This fee will be the amount assigned to each button, at the time of requesting a buyers contact information.
Using the “ADD TO CART” button: A fee will charged or added to your Paypal cart for each contact you request. Unless otherwise noted we will email the collectible buyers contact information within 24 business hours of clear payment. If the contact information that Mister Find IT sends you is not correct, you will be refunded single contact look up fees, if you contact us within 72 hours of us sending the information, and after verification. .
Using the “FIND BUYER BUTTON”: In addition to being a registered user of Mister Find IT, you must purchase a membership (or use Paypal button for single purchase of) to access the contact information of the ”ALL posted & approved Collectible Wanted Ads”. This membership is an annual fee, and if started and maintained thru Paypal, this amount will remain the same for you each year; a.) as long as you don’t cancel b.) have a break in your membership; and c.) your membership and user are in good standing. Otherwise, if allowed, you will be charged the current years rate. You will only have access to authorized or posted & approved contact information. Not all categories will have an ad posted. This membership does not give you access or contact of categories where an ad is not yet posted, nor does this exclude you from payment or fees to post an ad. The contact information for these buyers may be by remote email or even read only status from our site. Your membership is non transferable, and no portion is refundable once access has been granted.
PASSWORDS:
Passwords are used to access, post and receive information on some areas of this site. You are responsible for all information posted, deleted and otherwise edited by use of your password. Should you forget or loose your password, you need to contact us and we may issue you a new password, after proof of verification as we request. We are not responsible for passwords that are stolen or actions of wrongful persons, that use your password. We may change passwords at anytime to allow or disallow users access to any area. If you should request information about your password it will be sent to the email address we have on file.
PRICES & PRICE GUIDES:
Mister Find IT sells price and collectible information guides, and sometimes posts prices or information in other areas on our site, sometimes in an email, or an article. Under no circumstances are these prices to be understood as absolute value, or the price you will actually receive or pay for your item. Condition, style, color, location, how an item is sold and many other factors go into the final evaluation of any collectible, including how much a buyer is willing to pay, how much a seller is willing to sell for, when and how the price was established, and even when the guide was published. You hereby agree that these are stated only as a guide, and you hold Mister Find IT, our publishers, our customers and anyone else associated with these prices and this information, harmless of any loss, as a result of consulting this site and these guides.
